In the header of the hotel owner panel must have to choose properties and then he can see the all the modules data based on selected properties.
If suppose there is no properties list found then he must add the properties under properties module. Till he adds properties or don't have at least one properties then hotel owner cannot access any other data of other modules.
In the top of the header of the Hotel Owner panel we have link for Create New Reservation. There owners can book the hotels for registered users/ new users.
If the users already registered then do not click the Add New Customer button. After filling the details just click submit. It will create the reservation successfully.
To add a new customer click the Add New Customer button. Then you can see below page
